Found a bug?

If you think you've found a bug in this application, pleaqse email Jim at the email address above. Please make sure your email includes the following three pieces of information: 1) What you did. Where you using a particular report? Trying to alter a particular record? Whatever it is, describe it in detail. 2) What did you expect to happen? Sometimes this might seem obvious (e.g. "I expected the system to do X and not crash"), but tell us anyway. 3) What actually happened? Sometimes this might seem obvious (e.g. "I got an error"), but make sure you tell us anyway.

If you include those three pieces of information we'll be able to chase down and squash your bug a lot faster!
